Refund Policy
At Island Shop, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return or exchange your item.
Refunds
- Refunds are only available if the item is out of stock or received in a defective condition.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Sale items or products purchased under our “Sale” collection are not eligible for refunds.
- Each customer is entitled to a maximum of 5 refunds per calendar year. Requests beyond this limit will not be processed.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached.
- Items purchased online cannot be refunded or exchanged at physical stores.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
In-Store
Returns can also be made at our Island Shop outlets at Great Eastern Mall or Paradigm Mall.

Let us know your preferred size, and we will reserve the item for you.
Exchanges must be completed within 3 business days of reservation.
